Terms and Conditions for Magazine Advertorial Bookings

Effective Date: 1st January 2023 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking of magazine advertorial spaces through Enchante Communication ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking an advertorial space, you (the "Designer," "Client," or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings for magazine advertorial spaces must be made in writing via email confirmation.

1.2. A full payment or the first installment of an agreed payment plan is required to confirm your booking. 

1.3. Payment must be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method specified by Enchante Communication.

1.4. If an installment plan is agreed upon, the first payment serves as confirmation of the booking, and the remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

2.1. Once the full payment or first installment has been made, the booking is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind by the Designer

  • Cancellation by the Designer

  • Failure to provide required materials on time

  • Business closure or unforeseen financial difficulties of the Designer 

2.2. If payment is not completed according to the agreed schedule, Enchante Communication reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund of any amount already paid.

3. Content Submission and Deadlines

3.1. The Designer must submit all required content (including but not limited to images, text, logos, and any other promotional material) within the timeline provided by Enchante Communication.

3.2. Late submissions may result in the omission of the advertorial from the scheduled issue, with no refund or compensation provided.

3.3. Enchante Communication reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject content that does not meet publication standards.

4. Publication and Distribution

4.1. While we guarantee placement in the agreed publication, Enchante Communication is not responsible for:

  • Any publication delays by the magazine

  • Editorial changes made by the magazine

  • Distribution reach and reader engagement

5. Liability Disclaimer

5.1. Enchante Communication acts solely as a facilitator between the Designer and the magazine publisher and is not liable for any disputes, errors, or misprints once the advertorial is published.

5.2. The Designer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submitted materials.

5.3. Enchante Communication shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, reputational damage, or business impact resulting from the publication.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. Enchante Communication shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, publisher closures, or governmental restrictions.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Acceptance of Terms

8.1. By proceeding with the booking and making the payment for the booking, the Designer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
